Rosedale Developments, Inc. began welcoming their first homeowners to the Rosedale Golf and Country Club Community of Bradenton, Florida in 1993. What started out as 335 acres has grown to over 800 acres with 663 homes completed and the expectation to add up to 300 more custom built homes in the near future.
The Rosedale Community offers two primary types of neighborhoods, Maintenance-Assisted Patio and traditional Single Family. All Rosedale neighborhoods possess custom high-end features, quality construction and attention to detail.
Rosedale’s Maintenance-Assisted Patio Homes offer ease and convenience for those who do not want to spend their leisure time performing landscaping tasks at their home. This concept is a great choice for those wanting to spend free time pursuing more entertaining interests and not worrying about the lawn! Our owners enjoy the freedom to “lock the door and go,” knowing that when they return, their yards will have been well cared for and look great. Other services are included and vary depending upon your specific neighborhood.
Rosedale’s traditional Single-Family Neighborhoods offer larger home sites and the flexibility and option to choose their own maintenance and landscape providers. As with every aspect of the Rosedale Community, the standard for quality, luxury and detail are obvious in the construction, design and features available in our single-family homes.
At Rosedale Golf and Country Club of Bradenton, FL, we’re proud of the features we offer. You can rely on the quality construction with superior craftsmanship. Your new home will always meet and exceed all current building code requirements. Double-paned insulated, impact glass windows, tile roof tops, double-paned impact glass sliding glass doors, concrete block construction and a contemporary architectural style are just a few of the reasons why Rosedale homes stand out as high-quality and long lasting.
